WebMadeira is the controller for personal data collected through commercial contact, account management and service delivery. Privacy questions can be sent to geral@webmadeira.pt.
2. Data we collect
We may process identification and contact details, billing information, support requests, domain information and technical data needed for security and platform operation.
Forms process the fields submitted by the user, such as name, email, company, subject and message. We do not request data that is not needed to answer an enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare offers, perform contracts, provide support, manage hosting, domains, email and SSL, process payments, meet legal duties and protect the infrastructure.
Legal bases may include contract performance, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and service management. Marketing consent is never assumed.
4. Providers and retention
Technical, billing, domain-registry and email-delivery providers may process data on WebMadeira's behalf under instructions and confidentiality duties. We do not sell personal data.
Data is retained only for the relevant purpose, contractual relationship and applicable legal periods. Support and billing records may be kept as evidence and for compliance.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing geral@webmadeira.pt. We may reasonably verify identity before responding within legal deadlines.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
6. Security and cookies
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, infrastructure protection and incident procedures. No transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
